Questions

Common questions

Is HomeSettled part of SRH University?

No. HomeSettled is run by Nablus Labs UG in Berlin. For questions about your programme, admission or enrolment, contact SRH University.

What does it cost?

The plan, the dashboard and the guides are free. Some services are paid, such as the Anmeldung concierge or an eSIM, and the price is shown before you pay. Partner links are labelled, and how we make money lists every partner.

What do I need to enrol?

German universities need proof of health insurance before they enrol you: a membership confirmation from a public insurer, or an exemption if you have private cover. SRH University tells you what else your programme needs.

How do I sign up?
